NOT SURE ABOUT A 1-1 JUST YET?

If you are not ready or feel you would like a taster of what we offer to see how it suits you, you are free to come along to our CREATIVE RETREAT. During this hour we have open space with a range of creative outlets for all ages (if with a young child make sure you keep them accompanied). The space is split into different sections- and then a cornered off space for young children) with equipment around for a safe outlet. These will include drawing stations, clay work, hoops and ribbons, textured items and writing stations. Although we cannot offer 1-1 in this time frame you will get all materials provided and free time and space to explore what you feel you need, with Tammie in the room she can offer assistance and guidance- or you can follow up with what you do in sessions.

From a group setting, individual freedom will allow expression of the weekly theme or idea to be put into an art form. This is an hour for yourself, to sit with how you are and accept yourself for everything and to be held by the group.

Creative Space is a safe environment where all parts of life can be, or chosen not to, be discussed with the group with Tammie holding and protecting the space. Additional support can be attained if needed after a session, just speak to Tammie.
